1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and s99my ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the s99my platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to stop using this platform immediately. s99my reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, and continued use after any such change will be considered acceptance of the amended version.

2. Registration and Usage Eligibility

Registration and use of the s99my platform is subject to the following conditions:

• Users must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction of residence.
• Information submitted during registration — including full name, MyKad number, mobile number and email — must be accurate, current and truthful.
• Accounts registered under another person's name or using false information will be terminated immediately without refund of any balance.

s99my reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents from users. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being suspended or terminated.

3. Account Management and Security

Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. This includes:

• Keeping passwords secure and not sharing them with any other party.
• Reporting to the s99my support team immediately if any unauthorised access to the account is suspected.
• Updating account information if any personal details change.
• Not transferring or selling the account to any other party under any circumstances.

s99my will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's own negligence in protecting their login information. Any losses arising from sharing a password are entirely the user's responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The s99my platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). General conditions for financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 5 and 30 minutes once verification is complete.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same account name. s99my does not process payments to third parties.
• s99my reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The fiat currency used in all transactions is Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility. s99my does not bear these costs.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All promotions and bonuses offered by s99my are subject to specific wagering conditions. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered according to the specified requirements.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% first deposit match bonus up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Example: deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM4,700 → wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

s99my reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if it is proven that a user has exploited the promotion system, used multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaged in bet arbitrage.

The VIP programme offers weekly cashback at three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%). Progression between tiers depends on the user's activity and total wagering over time.

6. Game Rules and Results

All games available on the s99my platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and arcade games — are subject to their respective rules as set by the relevant game developer or provider.

• The results of all games are final. s99my does not reverse any valid bets or game results except in cases of a demonstrable technical error.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, s99my's server logs will be used as the definitive reference for determining the outcome.
• Any bet placed on a game with an identified fault or malfunction will be voided and the amount returned to the user's account balance.
• s99my is not responsible for any losses resulting from an internet disruption on the user's end during an active game session.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the s99my platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Using software, bots, automated tools or any other technical means to exploit games or the promotion system.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game results or exploit odds differences (odds arbitrage).
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a payment method not registered under their own name.
• Using the s99my platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Uploading content that is threatening, defamatory or infringes another person's copyright.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary.

8. Responsible Gambling

s99my is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among users. Our platform is for entertainment purposes only, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

• Users may request deposit limits, session limits, or self-exclusion through our customer support.
• The minimum age requirement is 21 years old and s99my enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, s99my and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• The use of or inability to use the s99my platform.
• Any game or betting outcome made by users.
• Any unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions beyond s99my's control, including server outages, third-party network failures, or natural disasters.

The maximum total liability of s99my to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which s99my operates under its international licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by our licensing body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

11. Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting s99my customer support. Before closure, all active wagering requirements must be completed and any eligible balance will be processed according to the standard withdrawal procedure.

s99my reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is a violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. In cases of termination due to a violation, account balances associated with the misconduct may be forfeited.
